The Step Up Program works to support all first-year students at Lehman.  We want you to succeed and have a wonderful college experience.

The Step Up team includes two co-directors Marisol Jimenez and Elin Waring. Two first year support specialists (Avena Ramatuar – avena.ramautar@lehman.cuny.edu and Aisha Williamson aisha.williamson@lehman.cuny.edu) and an academic coordinator (Markela Khosrowshahi – markela.khosrowshahi@lehman.cuny.edu).  We also collaborate with advising, ACE, SEEK, Student Affairs and the Counseling Center.
