The Step Up Program works to support all first-year students at Lehman.  We want you to succeed and have a wonderful college experience.

The Step Up team includes two co-directors (Marisol Jiminez and Elin Waring), two first year support specialists (Avena Ramatuar and Aisha Williamson) and an academic coordinator (Markela Khosrowshahi).  We also collaborate with advising, ACE, SEEK, Student Affairs and the Counseling Center.
